VOM78-kit -- A Kit to Install 7” Voyager LCD in Place of VOM-78, VOM-7SN (aka: VOM-75N), AOM-70, and AOM-78 ……..

The kit includes:
     (1) Voyager 7" Heavy-Duty Three-Channel LCD Monitor with modified harness. The harness is fitted with a special connector to allow it to plug directly into the old monitor's harness
     (1) Adapter to allow the old-style Coyager camera cable to plug into the new LCD
     (1) ASA-CRTLCD7 Back-Mount Retrofit Bracket to allow the new LCD to mount in-dash in place of the old picture-tube monitor

The new Voyager  LCD is smaller than the VOM78 (etc). The dimensions for both models are listed below for reference:

-------UPSVOM718==7-3/4”W x 5-1/4”H x 1-1/4”D

The new monitor is a color LCD and will work fine with the old black/white cameras, but the image will remain black/white until the camera is replaced. Voyager camera #VCMS24 is the preferred replacement. It is listed below as a "Related Item".

We modify the new LCD's power harness to make it plug-and-play with the old monitor's harness -- no cutting and splicing are necessary!
